Default need help converting raw 4-bit comp soundfiles

Hi there,
Can anyone help me locate a DOS soundfile player that plays
raw 4-bit compressed soundfiles. or failing that an emulator
that emulates a microkey soundcard, www.val.com

There is no way I can see where how a soundblaster, ac97, ESS or any other
mass produced
soundcard can play these s32 files with mainstream software currently
available.

These sound files have a *.s32 extension.
They are raw 4-bit comp sound files - no headers to work with, nothing.

I need to play them in the format they are in NOW , i.e xxx.s32
as I have found a way to convert them several times and end up with an mp3
file.

I would be most grateful if any audiophiles out there know of a way.

This would save me a hell of a problem.

TIA
