Default Capacitors. Audible differences?

Happy New Year to All:-)

It would be interesting to know how many on this
group think/find that:

a) capacitor "upgrade" results in a clearly audible
improvement.

b) a capacitor is a capacitor, and all caps of the same
value and voltage rating sound the same.
