If you are going to take issue even with a clown like 'Froot Loops' Jute I
suggest you stop and have a little think about what you are going to say.


How does the 'vaunted superiority' of Class A and the 'extra clout' of class
AB in valve amps differ *in any way* with that of ss amps, pray...???


It doesn't, but you don't see so many SS guys claiming that class A
sounds better. Some, certainly, but not that many. One might argue
that an engineer is someone who can achieve linearity from class AB
that any fool can achieve in class A............... :-)


IOW class A circuitry is inherently superior to class AB? ;-)


In terms of low-level linearity in real amplifiers, yes it is. Whether
that difference is *perceptible*, is another matter.
