Which is what I usually do! (I am actually planning an MC cart for
'classical' stuff in any case!)
Now, *only* for your amusement, this is a phono stage (EAR and WAD)
comparison for 'offlist' purposes. It uses the M75HE that you picked as
best. (This is the sort of music I mostly use the M75s on!)

They are the first two tracks from Laurie Anderson 'Strange Angels' -
straight through from needle down with any pops, clicks and other crap
entirely unedited, just as nature intended. The only difference is the phono
stage, which is obvious in the track title.
I had to reduce the recording level arbitrarily with the EAR recording, as
its extra-high Gain Factor of 150 pushes the signal through the roof and the
cart (M75HE) is a pokey little bugger an' all. You will have to make fine
adjustments with your volume controls.
Course that "poke" is coming from somewhere?.
Suppose its trying to iron out the groove into a straighter line?...
