Default Converting to MP3

I am looking for a good quality program which will convert streaming
audio off the radio to MP3. Anybody help?

There's Anubis Radio Recorder, which supports a variety of formats.

There's also Lame-out. which is a Lame add-on for Winamp.

And you can use Goldwave, which can record anything playing through the
sound card (select the Wave device as input) and store it when finished in a
variety of formats. You'll need to get and install the Lame encoder for
Goldwave.

Goldwave is cheap, and wll worth the mone; the other two are free.
