Default Loudspeaker crossovers and biamping

I know that this varies a fair bit from one speaker to another, but
reviews, etc, often omit to state the crossover point for the
speaker. So what value would seem a reasonable choice for considering
what may 'typical' in many cases? I'd be interested to hear what
views people have on this, and data for specific examples that are
reasonably popular.

Don't know what's typical, but the KEF specs for the B110 and T27 pairing
give a crossover frequency of 3.5KHz. FR of the tweeter is 900Hz. The 3-way
version with the B139 bass driver uses the same crossover point for the
mid/top.
