Default Recording internet radio onto PC hard disc

First of all is this permissible ?
If so can someone tell me how to do it ?
I have access to EZCD , Soundforge & Nero & an AWE soundcard installed .

In your recording mixer select "what U hear" as the record source.


Or Wave/mp3, which may give slightly better results (less noise)

radio, BBC radio etc etc - and save it as MP3 and/or WAV.
