Default amplifier wiring

Can anyone advise me how to wire up my system.the components i have are
as follows.
GRUNDIG cassette head unit from a SEAT model - 5201 RDS INFOMAT.
ALPINE v12 - 2/1 channel power amp ,model MRV-T407
1 x pair of KENWOOD KFC-1056 (80 watts) 4" front speakers
1 x pair of PIONEER TS-A6988 300W 6"x 9" coaxial 4-way rear speakers.
The problem I have is there are no outputs on the radio to take the
plugs from the amp leads(these go into the amp inputs CH 1 and CH
2).What do I connect them to?
It's for an '91 escort van and the ISO plug has bare wires coming out
of it.I have been told that I will need to use the electric ariel wire
to the amp so that it is not constantly on.I know what wire is what in
the van its connecting the head unit to the amp that i need to know.
