In case anyone is interested, here is a truly *atrocious quality* OPEN MIC
recording of a couple of trax of wacky music played from me new Lowther
'Infidelios'.

It does have hiss, it does have whump whumpa, it does sound like it was
recorded in a public toilet and I think it will be the last time I bother -
there isn't much point to stuff this poor quality. Also, there are no really
deep notes and the music goes on forever (10 Meg).....

But.....

Anybody who knows how to deal with material like this will be able to get an
idea of what me Lowthers are doing. (Clue: Distance lends enchantment and
the trax go on long enough for *anyone* to get used to the noise!! :-)

Kit used:

Fidelios with Lowther EX3 drivers.

Pioneer PL-518 DD deck.

Goldring Electro II MC (h/o) cart.

WAD kit phono stage.

Album: Edgar Meyer 'Dreams Of Flight' MCA Master Series MCA-5964 (1987)

All trax written, arranged and produced by Edgar Meyer.

Track 1:

'Webbed Feet'

Colour of ****house paper in the Recording Studios - pink*

Enjoy (or don't)......

* Unless Plowie knows better, of course..... :-)

'Izal'...?? :-)

I remember that! real *men's* arsewipe that was!! :-)

I think what turned all the old Beebs into such crabs was that the
scheisspapier had the following legend printed on every sheet:

"We are funded by public money and need to observe costs, in the interests
of economy please use both sides....."

scheisspapier

Capital "S".

****ing hell, I remember that stuff. Shudder/

You can still buy it; at least, I've seen it in Sainsbury's recently, I'm
sure. Whether it's still made of industrial greaseproof paper, I don't know.
