Default Where is Stweart Pinkerton?

Lately, I haven't seen any posts from Stewart Pinkerton, who used to
quite a regular poster. Where is he?

Look in the archives. This question has been much discussed,
and answered, in the past few months.

I don't see anything definitive there. Is that *The Final Answer"?

As I read it, he decided to stop visiting. That's all.

That's cruellist cut of all, that "Stweart" Pinkerton spent years
maliciously ruining the pleasure tens of people took in their hi-fi --
and now those who remember him at all cannot even spell his name right!

Here is the definitive, authoritative poop on Pinkostinko's final
disposition:

Pinkerton went to The Gambia for "some serious pampering", which
translates as Pinkerton going to a poor part of West Africa to grind
the money he made as the biggest spam merchant in Europe (after he
predictably was petered out of engineering, he spent his declining
years working in the print office of a big banking consortium) into the
faces of the poor and the hungry peering desperately through the gate.

They ate Pinkerton, of course. And no, they're not cannibals (I know
because I've been there, read my book about it if you want to know
more), they merely, perfectly understandably (we often made the same
mistake), mistook Pinkerton for "bush meat", to you and me "monkey".

HTH.

Hey, we all do typos, I never hold that against anyone in Usenet.
Though I posted very little to audio groups, I often "lurked" and found
Stewart Pinkerton arguing with somebody or other on some issue or
other. I didn't understand enough to intervene.
