Smelling of wee is the essence (sorry about the pun) of the part -
Leslie Phillips and Richard Griffiths too.
OK, I can see where it's going - I've only seen a brief traler clip with POT
falling over an easel but the minute you mention Leslie Philips (whom I
quite like) I think I can get the gist!!
(Jist...??)
Good film though - don't be fooled by people who say it is a comedy.
It ain't.
I'm sure we will get round to it, once it's out on DVD.
Boggling as I write.
Nothing boggles me any more - I watch the BBC News and Look East most
evenings.....
My brother lives in Newcastle, and my nieces always take me into town
for an evening when I go there. Nothing in this world has the power to
surprise, let alone shock. I do still enjoy the occasional boggle,
though.
Boggle away while you can, all that's left after the *perpetually boggled*
phase is the final resignation and passive acceptance that the Grim Reaper
is working his way down the list and getting closer toward you!
On that note, I also watched 'A Matter Of Life And Death' the other evening
(Screen 2 on our Home Multiplex, complete with triode sound!! :-) -
superbly good for when it was made, I reckon!!
