You'd do well to comment on things you know of, rather than chime in
as a babe in the woods.
This fraudster has engaged in a continued habit of manipulating his
own feedback through extortion, bribes and manipulating clueless eBay
"trust and safety" Indians. Many of his negatives have been removed
through bribes alone. See:

These are the one of which he couldn't dispose of through extortion or
fraud. He also tried to change his user name from "66fourdoor" to
"66-catalina" to avoid his horrid reputation on the Web, to no avail.

A few frauds Nudo has been busted for so far:
- Using the GC-Waldom trademark on phony, hommade alignment cartridges
of poor quality.
- Selling illegal dupes of quadraphonic cartridges with ink jet
printed labels.
- Selling illegal dupes of a cult 16mm movie dubbed to old VHS rental
cassettes, again with phony, typewritten labels. This was done on one
of his banned accounts, "coolsitesandsounds." To bury the feedback,
he had eBay remove all the feedback and the user name.
- Used different shill bidding accounts to puff up bids.
- Reproducing and selling copyrighted manuals and other material
illegally.
Go ahead and believe eBay's notoriously corrupt feedback and "trust
and safety" facililties if you dare, but I know from experience that
they're faux, designed to aid and abet fraudsters worldwide.
Charlie Nudo may be a tiny little crook in the grand scheme of today's
burgeoning eBay fraud, but he screwed me twice under two different
eBay accounts, and eBay did nothing, even when confronted with hard
evidence. So, now, he's getting his just dessertsk, with the goal
being denial of Internet service and closure of all eBay accounts.
