That mic certainly looks like the one I had, but it sure sounds a whole
lot better!! Seems to be quite quiet?

(Hoping the replacement I ordered turns up tomorrow!! :-)

Yup. Not too sure why they bothered with the tube though? At least,
it doesn't seem to do any harm :-)

Yup. Not too sure why they bothered with the tube though? At least,
it doesn't seem to do any harm :-)




The idea of the 'tube' is supposed to be extra 'warmth' and
'smoothness'...??

I want a valve mic to compare with the mics I've already got - tbh, I'm
not expecting that it'll blow them away but I *am* curious....

Do you remember that famous excerpt from Childrenīs Hour (David
Davis etc) "Now children, take hold of your balls, and throw them
high in the air"

I had totally forgotten about Music and Movement, which was always
followed by one of those miniature bottles of milk 1/3, wasn't it?
