Not quite. He left this group in pursuit of new interests.

So he lied, then?

Why should he lie?
I am sure the reasons he gave were 100% accurate.

Do you actually remember them? He certainly didn't say he was just giving
it up to pursue new interest. Quite the reverse actually.

Keith was one of the most interesting and most active
members of this group, constantly evaluating and
re-evaluating the various components that made
up his evolving system.

He certainly posted a great deal. Some of it was interesting too.

The time which he devoted to this, is now occupied with
new interests.

So he's given up on audio as a hobby?

It was, but I'm not sure I would use a term like evolution - it
changed a great deal but remained resolutely awful throughout. His
project blogs were always worth watching, of course.

The time which he devoted to this, is now occupied with
new interests.

Just had a peek at his web site and he appears to be into motor bikes
in a major way now.

Sounds like a major mid life crisis. ;-)

My view is that if you must have a mid-life crisis, get a Porsche, not
a bike. Let's hope he survives it.

A serious mid life crisis!!.. what is it that makes a man of 50 odd
years what to get onto one of those things?.

Death wish or something?..

I was glad I survived a few crashes on one when I was younger;!..

Well, he's taken down the Hi-Fi section on his web-site, with a message
saying there's something new coming. Still has his recordings, but the "show
and tell" section is all on motorcycles.

One dreadful noise to another............;-)
