Does anyone listen to this regularly off the CP transmitter? I've noticed
some quite severe distortion at times which comes and goes to no apparent
pattern. Doesn't last long - no more than a few seconds. It's often on the
sort of thing you'd not expect distortion on - like the shipping forecast
on at the moment. I've tried swapping to DAB or FM but as I say it doesn't
last for long - usually not long enough to swap during it.

Yup, I've heard it, but as you say it isn't for long. Unfortunately my
Freeview receiver isn't conveniently sited to capture it on my PC, so I
haven't been able to sort out what it is.

Great. So it's obviously 'their' end. Wonder if it's just the CP
transmitter? Definitely sounds like analogue distortion so perhaps not the
feed?
