Before I chose the S3TLM Ribbons I had a look at Wilmslow Audio
kits but was disappointed by the lack of product details and the
seemingly high prices.

I made a version with the Morel drivers (like dynaudio, oversize
coils), about 7 years ago. Instead of the TL or ported cabinet I made
a folded taper with damping towards the narrow end.
Good service from IPL and (I think) a good sound after some
experimentation.
