A simply stunning amplifier combination

The dynamic openess of the PreAmp 8, conbined with the glorious Class A
power and control of the MA65s, makes this amplifier package the
perfect choice for anyone looking for something to bring a musical
clarity to their system.

This amplifer combination has been the core of my system, providing a
stunning performance from both vinyl and CDs.

It has driven a wide range of speakers from bookcase monitors to large
floor-standing speakers, each has been powered effortlessly.

PreAmp 8 PreAmplifier
The circuit configuration of the Preamp 8 is similar to*that of an
exotic tube preamplifier but with mosfets in*place of tubes. In many
respects, it sounds very much like*a tube preamplifier.

The PREAMP 8 preamplifier is designed for ultra-high*definition performance.

Five inputs:*
Phono moving*coil or Moving Magnet, Compact Disc, Tuner, Auxiliary and
Tape.

MA65 Power Amplifier
65 Watt Class A Mono amplifiers.
The MA65s are designed for very high quality audio*reproduction and
have a clear, spacious, musical sound.

Also included:
With this system, I am also including a 1 metre pair of AudioQuest
Quartz Interconnect cables

Is it calling a valve pre-amp a "tube preamplifier" that makes it "exotic"?
After all this is a British amp being sold in Britain, so one would have
expected the use of the British term! Otherwise the term "exotic" appears to
be just another of those meaningless words thrown in to make a routine bit
of kit appear to be something, well, exotic. :-)

The PREAMP 8 preamplifier is designed for ultra-high definition
performance.

And that means??

David.

Isn't it something to do with keeping milk fresh for longer?

If it's so good and I owned it I couldn't possibly part with it...

Sorry guys, please excuse the hyperbole - cut and pasted from MF's own
product data sheet.

Reason for selling? Welcome to married life with kids!

Regards,
