Default Leak Stereo 20 gold paint???

Hi, has anyone experience with which exact paint should be used for my Leak
Stereo 20 power amp - and how to get it? Its the gold paint version and has
an area needing to be fixed. Thanks!

Metallic paints are notoriously difficult to patch. The easiest way would
be to spray the entire unit. I did a wing mirror using Halford's metallic
and got pretty good results. Call in and see if they have a close match.
They also do a paint matching service.

Thanks for response! It seems a carpainter can blend the right color -
luckily the letter areas are still intact. So being careful it should be
possible to overspray the areas having wrong color without losing the print.
Best regards, Niels

If it's yours and you keep it because you like the sound, the paint
surely doesn't matter? If it's for sale, and these things have big
"vintage" value, might "original but damaged" outclass "restored"?
