I am very sad to tell you that Keith G,
one of the most prolific, and interesting
contributors to this NG, died earlier today,
after a difficult illness. He was 64.

I posted my "wants list" not long after I delurked, one of which Keith
happened to have lying about the place. He posted it to me free of charge.
Didn't even ask for postage.

A true gentleman who loved his music.

RIP Keith

I am saddened by the news, it was I who introduced him to full range
drivers with the 'Needle' speakers in 2004 I was amazed when he went on to
make a pair of Buschhorns, not an easy job.

He certainly did stick to things and though I've not made many posts I
always read Keith's with amusement.

I was going to ask him what he thought of Mark Fenlon's drive units and
would he make some Frugal Horn Mk3's.

I will miss him.

Jim

My condolances to Swim

I'd like to add my condolences to Swim, and to record my personal sadness at
his passing. I visited his home a few years ago to hear his Horns/SETs, and
although not to my taste, I had to admire his enthusiasm for audio and
especially for DIY audio.

A nice man who made excellent bacon sarnies!

S.

Yes likewise I bought some QUAD speakers off him once and was treated to
several of his system's around the house..

Quite a character but whilst the fi might have been quite as others saw
it he sure loved the music..

Which at the end of the day is all that matters..

Somewhere very near, just around the corner.

All is well.

Bye mate...

Very, very sad news. I've enjoyed reading his posts on here very much.
Although I never met him he gave me the impression of being a real
gentleman. He'll be sorely missed on here.

My sincere condolences to his family.
