My shows' content is selected with audio quality firmly in mind and are
produced and broadcast without any audio compression.

The show is currently taking a Christmas / New Year break and the next
live show will be at 2pm on Sat 12-Jan-2012. Meanwhile past shows are
available on the Catch-up player at the URL you mention.

The archived shows are generally saved as mp3 at 256k.
