Default Roksan Xerxes Plinth Replacement

I have an old 'sagging' Xerxes and what looks to be a non-manufacturer
MDF plinth - in the sense that Roksan don't seem to sell them and it has

Has anyone tried to replace these plinths, and can offer advice? The
Roksan forum seems to concentrate on weird fettling and Roksan's own mods.

All went well. The motor/sub-plinth drop down in one unit, and the
plinth floats on the sub-plinth, so just drops out.

The only issue I had was the main bearing bolts - I needed to drill the
holes out a fraction because they need a little 'wiggle'. That and the
Rega arm mount, which is a pain. The hole was drilled accurately, but
22mm isn't quite enough the take the arm.
