Default The BBC rumbling on.

Yes, its been on and off for a while now. Obviously they do not roll off
stuff. I noted some weeks ago they played an old transcription of an old
interview and you could plainly hear the gram motor growling around at the
bottom end. I also noted a similar kind of deep drone on World / Service on
DAB the other day, as if there was some motor bolted to the same bit of wood
the microphone was on,
