DAB is crap at anything less than 256 kbps. Since pigs will fly before
we get anything like this bitrate, as far as I'm concerned radio is
dying. When FM goes that will be it.


Depends what you want it for. As a replacement for AM radio, much less
than 256 kbps will give better subjective listening.




............ so why can't we have AM stereo over here as in the US and
France?
