Recommendations? I have Pioneer speakers all round, and a Pioneer
head unit right now that i've been very happy with, so i would like
to stay with Pioneer, although that will only influence my choice in
a same spec same price, pioneer or another situation

In that case, perhaps you should take a look at Pioneer's range for specs,
and check out some retailers to see what you can afford.

Yea i've been doing that for about a week now - just wondered if anyone had
