I'd bought them in a heartbeat - now I know why

people
pay loopy money for these drivers....

'Nuff said for now....

Last time I heard Lowther drivers, I had tears in my

eyes, too.

From the pain!

What have they done to my music?

Damn! Why didn't you tell me they're no good?

I could'a saved a ****load of money and a whole lot of

sweat this week!!

:-)

(Crazy old f***er....!!)

LOL!!

A sensible question here (for a change) why have you

placed
the tube amp on top of the larger speaker box? Won't

the
vibration shake the hot filaments loose and do damage?

The amps are on top of the speakers because I'm short of

space. They aren't
in use, but occasionally I have used one without shifting

it - no apparent
effect whatsover. The speakers are 55 kg apiece - couple

the 16+ kg amp to
that and you can see it's not going to be easily

unsettled, the speakers
don't vibrate that much!

Now one for you:

Why did you change 'f###er' to 'f***er'...??

If you didn't like it, why didn't you just snip it...??

Apologies for the late reply.

It has nothing to do with likes or dislikes or any moral
objection at all on my part and I do actually swear quite a
lot myself (at the appropriate times). The attitude I have
adopted is that as I would not stand up in a room of people
I did not know and swear at them so I also wont do it on the
net either.

I did not snip it as there was no reason to. I do not even
object to it BUT at the same time I do not want a post with
my name on it floating around the ether forever with
swearing in it ;-) Plus when one has children it has a lot
to do with setting standards and practicing what you preach.

I hope that satisfies.

Cheers TT
