If you do collect it, lift the platter off (spindle might need a tap with
a bit of wood to free it off) and don't let the lid chafe on the chassis
or it will polish the corners all shiny - put a bit of cloth under the lid
or take it off completely!


And pull the counterweight off and tie the tonearm down with a sandwich bag
tie, I should have added.....
