I didn't get the start of the broadcast, however, on listening again to
what I do have it appears the figures quoted are not refering to Australia
as the announcer then goes on to say "while figures here arn't so
dramatic, figures here are up 12% from last year". so the numbers quoted
probable are refering to your area of the world as they are the same as
you are quoting.



OK, that solves the mystery. The thing is, do you also get the Denial Boys
in Australia queueing up to **** on '+12%' and claim that it somehow *isn't*
an increase...??
