They are different amp/speaker pairings, otherwise all else is the same for
both trax and the recording level shenanigans were as much a bugger as they
have been on my little lapel mic!

Anybody care to pick the 'better one'...??

(Headphones on and wick 'em up for best effect!!... ;-)






I had expected them to be rather more similar than they were. Speaker
B has unbelievably peaky treble; it really is most unpleasant
sounding. Of course there is a chance that is the way the track is
meant to sound, but somehow I doubt it. Which was which?

Could you post a direct connection recording for a reference?
