The differences are chalk and cheese and I prefer the Left Channel.
(Swim prefers the Right, but there ya go!)

Compared with the Left Channel, the Right has no treble (air, if you
like) and there are very high notes that are so recessed they are almost
completely missing (at 1 and 3 seconds in and various thereafter), the
voice sounds richer but is somewhat lost in the mix and the backing is
almost a monotone. The Left Channel wins by a mile in my book!

I'll get me coat....

(And finish the Proms!! :-)




I know the channels are very different, and the left sounds brighter
(and has the whistly stuff going on), but I think the right hand
*vocal* is a bit brighter. Trouble is the fine detail that really
tells you is necessarily buried in the backing.
