Well, I also just looked. At first I used NetSurf on a RO box and found no
sign in ther FAQs of the reply that it resampled.

I then used FifeFox on a Xubuntu box, and saw it as the first answer. Yet I
am quite sure that Q and A were *not* displayed on the first occasion. So I
wonder if the page isn't always choosing the same list of Q and As to
display.
