I'd be interested to know if anyone here has in recent years returned
any audio kit back to a UK maker for service/repair. And if so, how
long the process took, was the job done well, etc...

Asking because I've sent something back for service/adjustment/repair
and it seems to be taking longer than I'd expected. Back in ye olde
days at Armstrong we generally fixed/serviced sets sent back in no
more than 48 hours!

Probably didn't have to go back to China in those days...;-)

In my particular case the service people are in England. Mind you, from
where I live I guess that may class as 'abroad'... :-)

Slainte,

Jim
