I'd like to hook this up to a car with standard ISO connectors, anybody know
what wire does what on this radio....

Has a white 16-way connector into the radio.

If you go into any Autoleads dealers near you they should be able
to supply either a full loom (panasonic to iso) or just get a female iso
and connect it to what wiring you have on the panasonic unit, this is
the easiest and tidiest way. If you give me all the colours you have i
will tell you what is what.
