Default cdr500 matrix display settings

Hi

I have a Corsa with a Delco CDR500 with a minor fault (related to power and
seek circuits).

I've just got hold of a newer unit (still Delco, same model number) out of a
'99 Vectra, which has the two-line matrix display.

I can't get the new unit to adjust to the smaller display - is there a (not
in the manual) way to set the display type? I opened it up and there doesn't
seem to be any jumper settings or dip switches.

Any help appreciated.

Geoff

switch off, hold buttons 4&6 (i think) then switch on and hold buttons until
display changes from 1 setting to the other. If not 4&6 it might be 3 &5

Thanks for the suggestions!

I'll just press random pairs of buttons and see what happens

But seriously, thanks, I'll try the suggested.
