Not if you are one of the 3 that paid for goods and didn't recieve them,
this winning bidder maybe the 4th.

ahhh true true. I'm the kind of guy that'd drive a day just to beat the
crap out of someone over $4. I'm vengeful though. Of course there's always
a resolution to these types of things, you just have to be willing to find
it.
