Right, I misstated. I had 256K, not 256 meg.


Thought so. $256,000 would be a bit much for RAM that nothing'd run in!
Back then not even hard drives could handle 256Meg.

In those days really big corporate mainframes ran around 16 megs.




In dollars that's about $300 a meg, right?


yup, abt.

I paid about $250 for the ca. 1983 256K . Your pricing sounds like it is
from a little later than 1983.


I'm think around '86.
