Well, sorry to explode another widely-held *belief* about CDs, but the truth
is they actually *don't* - after the brief, initial reaction, when the birds
are greatly impressed by the 'low noise floor' and stupendous 'dynamic
range', rinky-dink convenience factor &c., they appear to become bored by
them and start to ignore them...

Sound familiar...??
