Everyone knows I post through a proxy. All you did, Pasternack, was
post through proxies and forge my signature.

It is ironic that the only people who believe you, Pasternack, are
those whom you were stoking up against me in private mail (1) while in
public stabbing them in the back with these forgeries in my name.
Worthless Peter Wieck is only the latest in a long line of puppets,
including within recent memory Pinkerton and Yaeger, hurled against my
ankles.

After this, it would be an overdue courtesy to draw these proceedings
to a close on the non-audio conferences.

Hi:

I am Andre Jute and you think you have heard more from me than you
want in the last fortnight. It isn't true. I sent only three messages
in total to any conference outside my usual tube hi-fi hobby group of
RAT/UKRA/RAO. The newsgroups who received the flood of forged posts
that I can find are rec.audio.marketplace, rec.antiques.radio+phono,
rec.audio.tech, alt.collecting.juke-boxes, and for some bizarre reason
misc.writing (where experienced inhabitants would instantly know I
didn't write those messages sent under my forged signature).

We now know who in the last fortnight sent perhaps as many as hundred
abusive messages in my name to these groups. He has made the mistake
of sending a message in my name to RAT, then forgetting that it is
supposed to be from me, and signing it with his own name (1). The
forger's name is Henry Pasternack.

Pasternack has a history of stalking me going back almost ten years.
During that that time he has told innumerable lies about me "in my
zeal to flame Andre" (2), and stolen my copyright materials many times
(3). He has forged my name to documents without number, all of them
intended to suggest I am out of control or unreliable; what
Pasternack did to you is merely a small episode in a ten-year trail of
net-crime. Pasternack and his associates daily sent graphic male
homosexual pornography in my name to the single driver conference for
months on end (4). Pasternack was accused by the father of two little
girls of child molestation for sending the same graphic male
homosexual pornography to the father's home computer where the two
little girls, doing their homework, saw it; an associate in crime of
Pasternack, Bob Chernofsky, with chilling casualness, confirmed that
Pasternack did it (5). (The "crime" of the father was that he built an
amplifier design I published... Pasternack's group, the Magnequest
Scum, also hounded everyone with the slightest connection to me (6).)
By now failure to shut me up has driven Pasternack to such
irrationality that he is trying to make out that theft of my property
and identitity is some kind of virtue (7). The same message also
contains the standard threat of all stalkers (say what I want you to
say in the manner I want you to say it in the place I want you to say
it -- or else) and a ludicrous attempt by Pasternack to show that he
knows better what I intended to say in what I wrote than I do. It
would be amusing if it were not so pathetic and so tiresome, both for
you and for me.

This is just for the record. I don't see any point in a long
discussion of what anyone who wants to read the evidence can see for
himself is true. Such discussions only fuel the activities of stalkers
like Pasternack.

I apologize for what the stalker Pasternack did to you in my name.

the messages that appear to be from me in fact are posted under my
forged signature and are written by Henry Pasternack and that mob of
stalkers and flame warriors. The nastier the message purporting to be
