do they have a date/time/station function ?

I would like to playback the recording through the hifi so looking to
record at a similar quality to Radio 3 and Classic FM via DAB.

I use a PACE TWIN PVR for this. It works fine, and you can record for later
playback, or just time-delay, and as it has two tuners, you can record one
programme, (TV or radio) whilst watching/listening to another.
