Amongst a positive *pleth* of file format handling possibilities and
every which way connectivity, the phrase 'Internet Radio' rang clear at
some point and I have a growing feeling that my SS bedroom hifi. AV

Not me, for once :-)
Funnily enough I just bought:

largely to try out internet radio, plus I liked the connectivity of the
thing. I've quite enjoyed the LastFM facility - it's a sort of internet
radio tailored to what (it thinks) you like. What's not so good is it's
a 3 $/£/€ a month after a 30 day trial, and it has dedicated LastFM
buttons on it.
In the event most of the time I have it playing music on the computer
(downstairs) to me (upstairs) - very clever.
On the Ryan thing - looks very swish, but no wireless and of course
dependent on a telly. Have a look at AppleTV maybe - just re-released,
but no 1080P.
