Certainly true if one spends much time on RAO or URA. However, its about as
true with any other news reader when used with similar parameters.

I recently changed to Pipex broadband.
It can be easily configured with any of the common browsers - but also has
the advantage that you can do this with any browser, if you know what
you're doing. And I don't, but managed.

I also registered my own domain for e-mail. Costs pennies. Hence virtually
no spam - perhaps one a week.
