There's lots of solid state amps on the consumer marketplace around that
price range with similar performance. For example:

DIN S/N not so good, but even so you could probably pin your ears to the
speaker and barely hear anything. The 20Hz-100KHz +- 3dB might be useful for
keeping any passing bats entertained, if there were any loudspeakers that
could radiate over that range.
BTW, I built quite a few valve amps when there was no alternative. I enjoyed
the construction, the sound, the romance of those glowing cathodes. However,
solid state amps also sound great to me and so that is what I have now.
