IIRC You don't currently need a license to listen to sound radio, so the
above would be a drastic expansion of State Control! :-)

Well 1 Xtra seems to have lost the plot as well. I often cannot really tell
the difference between it and radio 1. Maybe this should be commercial as
most commercials tend to sound the same already!

Well, I listen - all day every day!

In fact, if I'm on this computer I'm listening to a cheap as chips
Acoustic Solutions DAB radio and loving it - usually CFM!!
