Just remember to top it up with the best quality snake oil before use.

Last year "Hi Fi World" did a comparitive test on mains cables, this is what
they said of the most expensive one (480 pounds):

"The outstanding bass extension and tunefulness of the TCI was soon evident
as it had a wonderful ability to reproduce the timbre
and dynamics of the solo piano playing from 'Beethoven Piano Sonatas'" ...
"the lead guitar was also stunning, eliminating the
uncomfortable ringing distortions of the 'Free' mains lead."

Perhaps some-one cleverer that I could explain how a mains cable can do this
unless it was compared to a 100 metre coil of bell
wire on an amp with a totally crap power supply.
