I've no idea what a piece of wire attached to a croc clip at one end
and a piece of rosewood (possibly containing silicon wafers?)
connected to the chassis of your Hi-Fi item is supposed to do. Presumably
nothing as they thoughtfully add the following caveat..

"Pls note : We can't 100% gurantee the Ground box have the expected
effect, because it is Subjective feelings,Different person, different
device, different condition and enviroment can let the respond
different, someone respond the ground box with great effect, another
person respond the box with little effect"

Makes 'running in' speaker cables seem positively sane!

Those don't work anyway! You need the silver wire version;

This version is much better. It's a top seller having sold more than 3 times
as many as the copper wire version.

But if the croc clip isn't silver as well then....

Unfortunately I have come across people who do just that.

Have you ever looked at mains supply cables? After all what they should be
doing in my view is fitting all new builds with filters that render internet
over the mains devices impossible to use. thy cause no end of issues with
equipment being interfered with etc.
