Not only did they answer posts quickly and sympathetically (a wonder in itself) - they sent the parts I needed without charging me for them, not even charging me for the carriage..

My Sony branded factory fit CD/radio player in my 53 reg Mondeo is playing up. The CD works fine but the radio has only P1 - P6 in the display and "AF" in the top right hand side of the display. Cannot seem to get the radio working... any thoughts? Phil
