A while back, the only headunit that offered decent gapless MP3 playback was Kenwood's Z838W - is this still the case ? Or have some of the newer Kenwood units perfected the science now ? I tend to listen to continuous-mix tracks, so playback with gaps between the tracks is no good to me. Cheers folks :)

I have a 2001 S40 Volvo with a HU radio/cd/cass and I want to fit a fm modulator to allow me to connect accessories etc. However the aerial lead is a special one. Where can I buy adapters for this, or should I just cut the wire and fit 'normal' aerial connectors? Thanks Mark

Hi there, I am looking at purchasing a '95 BMW 320i, and I am wanting some advice on soundsystems for the car. It currently has the standard radio with speakers fitted. I have not heard this system but would like to know, how good is it compared to higher grade systems? If it is not up to scratch, I am looking at putting in a new fronloader as well as new speakers, maybe a sub too....

I have a Sony Single CD Player head unit in my car. I am having problems with the CD's as it keeps skipping. I have tried new Cd's as well and still skips. I think it needs a clean. Any idea how to do this? need your help. Thanks Kunal

Does anyone know of a way to connect an external CD Walkman to this radio cassette ??? I have tried an audio convertor cassette that pretends to be a cassette and it works fine for a few moments and the CD plays through the radio/cassette just fine, but then this wonderful 'smart' Sony device realises that it's not a real tape cassette and ejects it.

I'm currently using the factory fitted speakers (4x midrange + 4x tweeters) which sound great for high and midrange but are obviously struggling with the bass.
