Hey folks,
Can anyone help me with the pinout for a Grundig MCD46 cd-changer.

Head unit to CD unit lead by
Doug
I have fitted a Skoda symphony head unit and Skoda cd unit in my car. The
lead stayed in the old car so I made one up myself. The input into the head
unit from the cd player now appears to strong and is clipping.
Are there any attenuators in the original lead or how can I solve the
problem
Thanks

Focal Tweeters: any known problems? by
Draugaz
Hi,
I have a Focal Polyglass 165V2 speaker set, which also contains Focal
TN47 tweetwers.
Recently I have noticed some funny behaviour, which looked like cable
problem at first.
It all started when left tweeter shut up, but came back after a while.
Some time later both of them shut up again and remained dead long
enough, so I finally found some time to pull them out and check with

any advice on an import prelude audio system, and upgrades. by
MeatballTurbo
I'm looking at buying a generation 4 Prelude Si-VTEC import (1991-1996)
I know that the VTEC models had a funky audio system with something
active feedback on the rear speakers, and an amplified 6x9 centre
speaker in the rear too.
I've also seen on some US sites, the option of an adaptor to change the
Honda Loom to a standard ISO fitment. Does that make all the speakers
continue working as...

Where to buy a speaker adapter plate for Mazda MX-5? by
Timo Geusch
Evening All,
I'm currently trying to install a set of 13cm speaker as a replacement
for the door speakers on my '91 Eunos Roadster (Japanese-Market Mazda
MX-5). Trouble is, the original Mazda Speakers have an aperture of
14cm so I've got a lot of air that I can currently bolt the new
speakers to :-/. And that's without mentioning Mazda's weird 3-hole
mounting pattern.
I've seen adapter plates...

Two line-level outputs, one amplifier input by
Snoopy
Hey guys,
I've got two line-level outputs (my MP3 player and my GPS system) that I
would like to be able to both output to the amplifier simultaneously (so
that the GPS speech will be audible over the music).
What's the best way to do this in a car environment? I'm guessing
simply plugging them both into the amp using a splitter is going to turn
the amp into an expensive paperweight?

Blaupunkt Woodstock 52/53 DAB by
Colin J. Paterson
I am looking to buy one of the aforementioned car radios. My main concern
however is installation. I would like an external aerial to recieve the DAB
signal but I'm unsure what this entails. Ideally I would like to be able to
remove my current aerial and just screw in a new one but from what I read
this won't work. I would really prefer not to drill any holes into the
bodywork. Any hints would be...

Car CD player in a kitchen? by
Ronnie Gibson
Bit of a beginner question....
I've been looking for one of those 'under cupboard' CD-radio units for ages
and just can't find one for sale in the UK. I thought the other day that it might
be possible to fit a car CD player to the underside of a kitchen cupboard and
place some speakers but I don't know if this is sensible.
Any opinions? Do they require a separate amp or can I just wire them...

Are interfaces standard? by
Flyfire
I would like to replace the factory fitted head unit in my Honda accord with
an MP3 unit.
I have actually done this already with a Kenwood unit but I have
a) lost use of steering wheel audio control
b) lost sound from my Nav-Sat system
Could a new non-Honda unit rectify this?
Is there now a standard connector for allowing connection of these fairly
common interfaces?

Fiesta...installing a CD player by
mo
Hi
I have a Fiesta, it currently has its standard cassette player, i have a CD
player that i wanna stick in...
Main problem is that the standard space is like twice the size of a regular
CD player, so i am guessing i will have a huge empty gap above/below the CD
player when its in - someone told me there are cases you can buy to fill it
up...any ideas?
Also, a friend of mine says its not too...
