Interesting idea... Of course the USA actually carries all the
stigmata of a third world country. It has the rich elite and it has
the huge population living in abject poverty in shanty towns - I've
seen them, unfortunately.

As for GB being a near-third world country, as tiny as we are we have
the world's fourth biggest economy, so no, I really don't think so.

Of course you are right in a way about the poodle thing. Tony B. Liar
is GWB's poodle, but that certainly doesn't go for the rest of us.

Oh yes they do, albeit a short one - like most other nations on this

If were a Yank I wouldn't worry too much about a bunch of Hollywood-boosted
BS history, what I *would* be worrying about is the future.......

Now, having said that, my last words on this ludicrous topic (notice
crossposting removed) are that I never actually met a Yank I didn't like and
I've met a few! (They're mostly like big kids! :-)
