Fitting H/U a truck help please by
Stephen Parry
I use a Mecedes Atego 815 for work and spend upwards of 100 hours a
week in the cab, the factory fitted unit is very basic. I have bought
a head unit from Maplins, not I expect a very good one but it has a CD
player which also plays mp3 and WMA, and it is blutooth enabled so I
can use it as a hands free for my phone. I have no clue at all how to
fit it, don't know even what colour wires go to the...

Installing a Dension IceLink interface by
D.M. Procida
I have bought a Dension IceLink interface for my Fiat Stilo. To fit it
I have to pull out the radio and plug it into the back. Someone
mentioned to me that there is a hatch under the dash for access ot the
back of the radio, but I certainly can't find it.
To remove the radio I think I need to get hold of some special tool to
pull it out with - can I just get this from a car spares shop? Is...

Blaunpunkt Daytona MP53 Pre-Outs by
Paul Massey
Wondered if anyone can help me out.
If I use the pre-outs for the an amp connected to a sub, would the normal
speaker outs still work for the four existing car speakers? Whilst I
appreciate this won't be sounding great, I need to wait a month before I can
buy a second amp.
Regards,
Paul.

Ford (Sony) 6 CD system error by
ChrisK
I have a Ford Mondeo Ghia which came as standard with a Sony 6 CD changer
system. (Don't know the Sony number for this)
The problem I have is that the unit now has 6 CDs in which I can play,
change CD, all normal functions, etc but I cannot eject any of the CDs.
Message I get is "No CD". If I press load it tells me "All CDs Full".
Any suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

ICE advice sought by
Wally
Looking for some advice on the following...
I have a 1996 Nissan Micra, and would like to upgrade the non-RDS
radio/cassette system to something that plays CDs and MP3s, and goes rather
louder than the present system. Musical tastes are fairly diverse - mainly
pop, rock, jazz and classical. Just got the car, and found that the standard
Nissan system is really crap (the bass vanishes when the...

Tuner / CD / MP3 / Handsfree solution by
sasquartch
Hi
I have a Ford Galaxy 2005 with the bog standard 'large' size radio/CD
What I want to do is replace the unit with a new item that will play
Radio / MP3s and regular CDs but also act as a handsfree kit with a
bluetooth phone.
Does anyone have such a setup ? What would something like this cost ?
Any suggestions or advice welcome

Fitting a Sub by
Chris
I have a Kenwood KRC-391 Head Unit and have bought a Kenwood KFC-W300S Sub
and a Box.
How do I wire it up to the Head Unit?
What Amp would I need to get that wouldn't break the bank. Currently I have
a 30W X 2 Channel Amp in the car, would this be able to power it? If so how
would I wire it up to it?
Cheers.

12V Supply in Scenic by
waveydavey
I need to put a 12V supply in the boot of a 2004 Renault Scenic. Minimum 3A
