Is the Pioneer dvh-p5650mp capable of playing mp3/wma files from dvd-r/rw? Or just cd-r/rw?

I've got a Peugeot 407SW with the JBL system (with subwoofer in the boot wall), but I'm a little disappointed with it. There is loads of base and power, but the sound overall sounds a bit flat and harsh to me - certainly not a rich, high quality sound. Trouble is, I'm not sure where to start with any upgrades. I have a Kenwood KRC391 Head Unit and 6 Disc CD Changer, I have had to change the CD lead as I broke the old one and now the cd resets back to Disc 1-Track 1 every time I switch the ignition off then back on. I've just bought a Alpine 9847R stereo and also a PC5-52 adapter for the antenna in my 1996 Polo. My question is, how do I connect the blue power cable from the adapter to the head unit? Thinking of this. Focal Access 165A front, Focal Access 130AC rear. Most of the time there's only me in the car but I always feel guilty that the sound in the back of my cars is always crap for those times when I have passengers... Are the Polyglass range really worth the extra money? Because I could go for the Polyglass 165 fronts and get cheapo kenwood / pioneer / alpine / infinity coaxes...

Hi, I have a Sony 10-Disk CD Autochanger. AFAIK, it is working find, but the head unit that controls it has thrown a bit of a wobbly. Problem is the caddy with 10 of my CDs is still inside the changer. Anyone know if there is an easy way of getting it out without the head unit operational? Have a Blaupunkt IDC-A09 but when one CD ended and it was going to Load the next CD, it just stuck there and the next CD never got pulled in. The original CD is still stuck in the player. The lights are flashing on and off but no buttons work. I switched it over to radio and now it won't let me switch back to CD player again, just continues to flash away. Any ideas please?

I've just bought a Sony CDXDAB6650 DAB headunit. It came with an aerial splitter which works OK but it's not perfect, I'm assuming a dedicated DAB aerial will be better. Any clues as to which one's best? A combined FM/DAB would be nice so I could just replace the original (MkII Mondeo) but I'll drill another hole if I have to. Volvo V40 1998 - SC-805 head unit - Alpine CHM S630 CD changer. Just received the interface/adapter VOLA2 which requires a connection(yellow wire) to Permanent 12v supply and a connection (red wire) to accessory/Switched 12v supply. Can anyone give me some help as to where to connect these two wires,preferably a wiring diagram.

Just got myself a used 1995 mondeo estate. Have a major stack of CDs and no CD player. Could anyone give me a tip for which cd player models are compatible? Hiya all, I recently changed cars and the scrotums that swapped over my stereo not only wired it wrong but actually glued it in to stop rattling????? I would very much appreciate any setup instruction or an operations manual for my Kenwood KDC-3090R as I'm certain with the speakers in the polo shouldn't sound so tinny. Hi, Was wondering if anyone could help. I have a philips CCR600 with the philips 4 disc changer in my Vauxhall Astra Convertible. The problem is that it won't play any CD-Rs that I have created on my PC. Does anybody know if it will actually play them and if so how? Failing that can anyone suggest an alternative disc changer that will work with the CCR600 and that will fit in the glovebox?
